I created an infographic that could be given to customers at their listing appointment. This would serve as a reference before the home got photographed and prepare it for open houses. Homes that photograph and show well, spend less time of the market. This can increase agents sales.

The city of Naples has different guidelines for signs than the county and new agents were getting warnings about code violations. This graphic was created to use a quick reference for signage use for the city's rules. This will decrease the possibility that agents receive fines when marketing their listing.
